3. Well, currently nonfat lattes and usually half-caffeinated, since I'm

trying to cut back on caffeine. However, the one really good thing about Atkins' was that it allowed for breve' lattes (1/2 and 1/2). While I'm a real devotee to low carb, I've been keeping an eye on saturated fats too, so back to nonfat or 1%.

Anyone who has never tried a breve latte, though, quite a treat! But lots of calories, so not too often!

5. Ginger coffee.

A new coffeeshop down the street from my place introduced ginger coffee. It's pure ambrosia. :-)

But only real ice cream, which is just sugar and cream. I also like it with a tsp of sugar and 2% milk. Just enough sugar to take the bitter edge off, too much sugar ruins coffee IMO.
