Just call her Granny Goldie Hawn. As inconceivable as that might sound, the perfectly preserved thesp became a grandmother today as daughterKate Hudson delivered her first child.

Hudson and hubby Chris Robinson welcomed their baby boy into the world Wednesday morning in Los Angeles, Hudson's publicist confirmed. Ryder Russell Robinson, whose name gives a nod to stepdad Kurt Russell, weighed in at 8 pounds, 11 ounces.



Geez, this makes me feel old.

5. Whoohoo! Grandparenthood is wonderful...we get our little ones
alternate weekends (and we are young enough to be their parents) so we have great fun with them.
Hope Goldie enjoys this massively!
And congrats to Kate and Chris too...rock ON!

For my mom Grandmotherhood , was like a whole evolution
into her own again . My mom makes a great grandma.
