15. On the news, they just showed a kid who bought booze for his friends

He and the friends were underaged. One of the friends drove home while drunk, got in an accident, a teenaged girl that he hit got killed, and now he's going to jail for 6 months because he's the one who bought the booze! He also will get 4 years probation and community service. The kid who was driving hasn't had his trial yet, but this kid got all this trouble just for buying the booze.

I'm not advocating for or against buying booze for younger friends. I'm just telling this story because it was on the news just before I read this thread and it shows that they're going after everyone these days.
