1. I haven't had any problems with them.

My insurance is pretty low, but my car is older though.

3. I've never had any problems with them. I had to use it once

and had great service and great results. And both my husband and I are on with two cars and the rates are really low.

4. I've had good service.

Was in an accident last summer. It was the other person's fault. We tried contacting their insurance but they gave us the run around, so we called up Geico, our insurance, and they had somebody out the next morning and had us in the shop the next day.

Our case is still in arbitration, but that's the court and the other insurance company stonewalling. Fucking Safeco, they're terrible.

5. On their commercials

What always strikes me is how many diverse campaigns they have running simultaneously. usually a company will run one type of commercial, then when that runs its couse they switch to something different. With Geico you've got

1) Cavemen
2) the Gecko
3) the celebrity spokesperson
4) I got great news - I just saved a bundle on my car insurance
5) The CEO dressing in a Gecko


And they're done so well, you never get annoyed that they so media saturated. At least I don't.
