1. Too many Gordon Lightfoot favorites to say.
Maybe Christian Island. One of the triplets is named Christian, though we call him Chris. He is half Greek, after all, it's appropriate!

2. Anything but "The Wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald"....
SCTV did a funny piece, once. They were doing it like a promotion for one of those records you can only buy on television: "Gordon Lightfoot sings every song ever written!" They rolled by wildly disparate song titles (like 'The Battle Hymn of the Republic' and 'Georgy Girl' kind of juxtaposition) and they had a guy in a pumpkin colored leisure suit with a cigarette in his guitar, singing verses from song after song -- and every single one sounded completely identical. It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen.

4. Well I kind of answered it...
but I guess I would have to say "Sundown."

But for Canadian music, give me Burton Cummings anytime.
