Matcom, I put you on Ignore once when you put up a subject line that annoyed me. Took you off again the next day when it was gone anyway. That's about all I use the Ignore function for; temporary blood pressure relief.

If they really wanted to ignore you they would not say anthing. I can't imagine anyone being silly enough to send you an instant messege informing you that they are ignoring you. It sounds like something a person diagnosed with a form of border-line personality might do; or a sanctimonius type.

I think we should have a reverse ignore list where everyone you put in it can't see your posts but you can see theirs. Perhaps we could call it the "Withhold List" - that would probably be as useful as the ignore list. :)
