Okay, which one did more to promote homosexuals as EQUALS?
"Spin City", hands down, is the winner and Carter is cute!
Though "Roseanne" gets high marks as well, they just didn't go as in-depth as "Spin City" did.
Now for the pointless sundries!:
An honorable mention goes to the "Married With Children" episode entitled "Dance Show" which took homosexuality semi-seriously and didn't always cater to stereotypes. Heck, it was funny so I didn't notice!
Ditto for "Ellen"'s 5th season, which was NOT TOO GAY, was NOT ALWAYS GAY, and was hilarious, especially the DJ episode which hasn't any gay references in it! ABC's repeat schedule was also altered so I missed the re-run airing one week too late so I didn't tape it, damn!!! All the castrated religious whiners had a fit about her too and made sure to air commercials stating homosexuality is a choice, good grief... (yes, I choose to be humiliated, maimed, and killed because I didn't choose to like men.)
