6. Extremely frustrated. She's self destructive and repeats negative behavior.
I'm exhausted and I only work part time. BUT, she is brilliant and I am learning a valuable craft.

3. so much so that I hate going to work
I am looking for a new job because I can't stand this shit much longer. He is the sweetest guy on the planet but sucks as a boss.

4. When asked what qualities I wanted in a superviser
I said: I want my superviser to be competent and care a lot about what we (meaning the department and company) are doing, even more so than myself who cares a great deal about everything I do.
They never asked that question at this interview, which is a good thing because my boss does not meet that criteria at all.
He is nice though, which makes things even worse because then I feel bad about wishing anything bad on him or telling anyone that he is a bad superviser.
