Worst Beauty Shoppe Name Ever! "Curl Up and Dye"....
Mercer Street in downtown Princeton, West Virginia. I used to think the "Mane Event" was bad.

3. There are a lot of those.
I used to work for a high-risk/specialty insurance agency, and my group focused on tanning salons (which were frequently add-ons to beauty salons). We had Curl Up & Dye, Sassy & Classy, Mane Event, A Cut Above, Shear Brilliance, and other cliched names.

And it was also the name of Carrie Fisher's character's beauty shop in The Blues Brothers.

10. Beauty shops are notorious for bad puns...
On that note, Great Clips is having their $5.00 haircut promotion until Monday if you're cheap like me.

11. "Best Head"
Chicago NW suburbs. When they opened they had some poor high school kid parading around the intersection wearing a sandwich board with the shop's name on it.
