SPAM with Jellied Vegetable Ring

1 pkg (3 1/2 oz) lime gelatin dissolved in 2 cups water. When thick, add:

1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded celery
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp salt

Pour into 2 pint mold, keep in refrigerator until firm.
Serve as shown with SPAM slices, shredded crisp lettuce, rosed radishes.
