Just baked 400 mini pastry puffs! Ask me anything!
They are for the buffet for my daughter's wedding reception on Saturday.

I think my mind was baked along with the puffs! :silly:

1. Sweet or Savory?
Whew you must be tired! Tell your daughter congrats on the wedding and good job mom for baking so many! I have had both kinds of puff pastry and my favorite has been the savory with goat cheese and pesto. They were yummy!

4. A touch sweet.
Some will be filled with egg salad, some with chicken salad, and some with a salmon mix. Very yummy!

15. You should see what MrSG has been doing!
Three different kinds of quiche, tandoori chicken wings, etc. AND he's now working on the wedding cake!

17. Thank you, aA!
I'm really tired right now, but I'm sure I'll be just fine on Saturday.

Not wearing a dress -- couldn't find one I liked, so am wearing nice black pants, an olive green jacket. and a cream colored blouse. I showed them to my daughter, and she really liked the outfit.

18. My hat if off
to you. I enjoy cooking but 400 mini pastries!

With all the preparations that you are doing, I'm sure the wedding will be a success. Now remember, the job of the mother-of-the-bride on wedding day is to relax and be charming.

Good luck to all!
