but it's my usual request for good vibes. We have not one but TWO house showings tomorrow morning, weather permitting. Long story short, it would be the absolute most ideal time to sell our house right now, because the renters in my STBE's house just gave notice and the house will be vacant within a month, just in time for him to move in! if we sold. It's a long shot but I am hopeful. It's a snow day and the entire family is home to help me clean. Please, if you have a moment send some good thoughts/vibes/prayers. You all know how important the sale is w/respect to my mental health. Thank you.
