2. Her mother filed a motion to stop the funeral.....it was rejected
3. Daniel's biological father filed a motion to have Daniel exhumed, so he can be buried in Texas
4. If that occurs, then Anna's mother will file a motion to have Anna exhumed, because her intent was "to be buried next to her son", so she will be moved wherever Daniel is moved to.

This whole drama is a Jerry Springer type scene

10. I was going to watch a little CNN before bed last night

About 5am or so.

Turned on the TV, crawled into bed, saw the live helicopter shot of the hearse carrying her body to the airport, and turned off the TV.
