Msking some pizza dough in the bread machine. Recipe called for two teaspoons of yeast and I put two tablespoons.
OOPS. Haven't used the machine in a while - sort of forgot what was normal...
I think it will be ok if I punch it down, won't it?

1. You should be okay - it'll probably run out food anyway |
|
Probably not enough sugars in the dough to feed all the yeast.

2. But what if the yeast gets hungry and goes after kali? |
|
If I were kali, and I'm not, I'd hide and wait for the yeast to find some other victim.

5. I don't believe in killing things for my own food, so if the yeast eats Kali, |
|
then that's just funny. Some good ol' ironic justice.

4. Hopefully you are right - it was looking like a Three Stooges moment there |
|
I even put some whole wheat flour in and that tends to slow things down. It was getting ready to push the lid off and so I double checked the recipe - oops, that was tsp and not Tsp...
