it's terribly funny to observe, too...

If she's on the comp (which is in the corner of our bedroom), he'll walk into the room, announce his presence with a 'meep' (this peculiar not-quite-meow noise that he makes), then jump up on the bed, and proceed to meep and meow insistently. She's told me that this is his not-so-subtle way of telling her to "get off the comp, and come lay down over there to pet" him.

If she doesn't do so within a few minutes, he gives up, meeps again, and then jumps up into her lap to get his petting anyway.

I've seen this happen a dozen times, and even when i'm still in bed, he'll meep and carry on for HER specifically.

Cats are weird...

4. Oh, I can handle the meeps, it's the Aramaic incantations that are giving me the creeps.

5. If it weren't important, the cats wouldn't say it.

They'd still be asleep, in fact.
