I finally got my lazy butt up to make some lunch!! Luch at 3:00! This is a lazy Saturday!

1. Where did you get your tomatoes?

All I can find is those shitty hydroponic tomatoes or romas.

Where'd you find good tomatoes? That might be worth a drive to Jackson. :D

(I had chicken dressing and smoked ham. I love it when my folks have company--she always cooks good southern fare. When I heard that she was cooking dressing, I grabbed a can of cranberry jelly and crashed her party. :D)

I know a lady who grows just about everything. She brought me some. They aren't the best because I think it is still too early, but they are far better than anything at the grocery store.

We boiled a sack of crawfish, and ooooweeee were they good.

5. These were perfect...

big, but the shells were tender...

They are selling crawfish for $3/lb. here. I said "Hell NO" and went to a little seafood shop here, and bought a sack for $35. What we had left, we peeled and put up for etouffee and jambalaya.
