Is drinking a whole 750ml bottle of chardonnay all by yourself enough to cause alchohol poisining ?

If you pace yourself through the day - no danger. If you tip the bottle and guzzle the whole thing in a series of gulps - all bets are off.

if you are a lightweight and chug it fast on an empty stomach it might make you puke and or have a hangover, otherwise it should give you a nice buzz - have some crackers and cheese with it - enjoy!
