Where is a good online site, or a location in Sacramento for books. I've got a place to take my albums, etc. But the books are a bit harder.

If you don't mind selling them one at a time.

To sell them in bulk, group them by subject or genre and put them on Ebay. If they're common books, you probably won't get much for them, but at least they'll be out of your way.

I usually post books on half.com and let them sit there for a few months (no listing fees, though they do take a percentage of anything that sells), and if they haven't sold after a reasonable amount of time, I group them into lots of 10-20 and put them on Ebay. I'll usually have several lots up at the same time, and often one buyer will buy several; that saves time and hassle in the packaging.
