Leaving for Miami tomorrow morning - any suggestions for activities/dining

I'm hoping to get suggestions from the experts. I have most of the day Tuesday to goof off... I've thought about taking a boat tour, driving down the keys, or something else...

Anyone got suggestions for things I shouldn't miss, or places where I need to be sure and eat....
