Personally my vote goes to Dwayne Cammacho from the movie Idiocracy.

2. You beat me to it! He is my all-time favorite President.
I also loved him as Bobby Kennedy in "The Missiles of October" way back when.

Sure, he ended up ordering the dropping of an atomic bomb on New York. But his President was a decent, honorable man.

Henry Fonda was the perfect movie President. Perfect casting.
