We went to the beach today - No pictures

KWgirl got to build sand castles while her daddy and I got to relax.

I went on a 3 hr bike ride today. 35 miles with 3,800+ ft of climbing. I'm exhausted. It was hard, but I'm glad I could do it....barely. :D

6. I went to the beach today, too, with this monster puppy

The ocean is calming and so much bigger than anything I could possibly worry about.

It's my favorite place after bed and the left end of the couch.
