I received a pretty damn decent Plea Offer, and I'll be discussing it with my lawyer tomorrow afternoon. I won't go into detail here, but things are looking up! :D

A felony, even with no prison time, still disenfranchises you, doesn't it? Depends on your state laws. You could make a counter-offer, get a slightly better deal.

Glad things are looking up, but truthfully, I had forgotten about it.

If I get my voting rights taken away, I can get them back eventually. It's just more court process BS. I'll be asking my lawyer about that tomorrow, to be sure.
