Best bar brawling music?
Haven't done this thread in a while.

I'd say Motorhead's "Ace of Spades" or my old standby "rip this joint" by the rolling stones.

Yours?

2. "Ballroom Blitz", By The Sweet.
Whenever the jukebox at The Horsesoe Bar, Lawrence MA played that tune, pool cues would swing and ashtrays would fly.

8. Gimme Three Steps and Call Me The Breeze
The first because of its obvious lyrics and the second because it just sounds "right" to be the soundtrack to a bar brawl.

11. Back in the 1970's, a bar where I was drinking was almost destroyed
when they put on Bob Dylan's "Everybody Must Get Stoned" on the Jukebox.

I was spring break in Daytona Beach, Florida.

It wasn't brawling, but everybody began singing and stomping whenever Dylan sang the title words. The stomping literally caused the building to shake. The bartender, who no doubt was the only sober person, yanked the power chord of the jukebox out of the wall, thus preventing tragedy.

this thread brings back memories.

And yes, it was a gay bar. The worst was a broken bottle, stab-in-the-face altercation.

And I think Ballroom Blitz was playing.

42. You wanna shake a head moment?
I broke up a fight at a MADONNA concert a few years ago. Total agro frat boy beating on a tiny skinny gay boy.

I left shaking my head muttering, "But this is a Madonna concert. How did this happen?"

Man, bar room brawls are scary. I was in one once. I didn't start it but I just happened to be in there. My advice, if you are ever in one just start backing towards the door and keep your fists up for anyone that comes at you. That's the only way you walk out of one in one piece.

I've never seen it not inspire instant hatred, anger, and that human addiction to violence from millions of years ago that is still instinctively tied into our brain stem.

45. 'Benny the Bouncer'
Emerson, Lake and Palmer.

Benny was the bouncer at the Palais de Dance
'E'd slash your granny's face up given 'alf a chance
'E'd sell you back the pieces, all for less than 'alf a quid
'E thought he was the meanest until he met wi' Savage Sid

Now, Sidney was a greaser with some nasty roots
'E poured a pint of Guinness over Benny's boots
Benny looked at Sidney; Sidney stared right back in 'is eye
Sidney chose a switchblade and Benny got a cold meat pie

Oh, what a terrible sight!
Much to the people's delight
One 'ell of a fight!

Sidney grabbed an 'atchet, buried it in Benny's 'ead
The people gasped as 'e bled:
The end of a ted?

Well, they dragged 'im from the wreckage of the Palais in bits
They tried to stick together all the bits that would fit
But some of 'im was missing, and part of 'im arrived too late
So now he works for Jesus as the bouncer at St. Peter's gate

(You've really got to hear it. InCREDible honky-tonk piano.)
