One time, Lou Reed made 'Metal Machine Music'...unlistanable crap for the sake of being unlistanable crap.
Limp Bizkit tries hard to capture the spirit of 'Metal Machine Music'...I would argue that they succeed. Their music is far more unlistanable than Lou Reed could ever hope to conceive of.
In fact, I think a tape of Lou Reed taking a massive dump would be more enjoyable than anything produced by Limp Bizkit ever.

2nd WORST live act I've ever seen. My friend worked at the Agora and had 2 extra tickets to this show. This was before they were popular and in front of a crowd of mallshits and THEY didn't even like them. They got their promo CDs thrown back at them. And yes, they did their shitto version of "Faith". Literally, I sat down and did the Spinal Tap kid - thumbs down the whole time.
