Our first new car.
The Colony Park took ill Saturday so we went ahead and bought this. 2007 Focus SES Wagon. They stopped making the wagon from what I understand. It's fully loaded. Not a five speed as I would like, but it runs well, has plenty of power (I have two vintage cars for thrills) and handles fine. Also, there are tons of aftermarket performance parts if I want more cornering ability.

5. Yeah, I like the red.
Another dealer had silver (blah) and black (in the vallys of SoCal? Are ya kidding me?). Cops like red, too, so I'll be using the cruise control a lot.

6. I put down 5K, and took the 2500 cash back.
I plan to sell my veedub diesel pickups and then I'll pile that onto the balance and refinance though a credit union. The sedans and hatchbacks cost less than the wagons. The mileage is good, rated at 27/34 (37 with the 5 speed).
