5. Things are going okay,

SSDD basically....:) Things in the real world are about the same...helping out one of Tammy's cousins. Her cousin Jan, her partner of over 20yrs left her, and left Jan in a ton of debt basically...bills coming out of the wazoo...I feel like I'm playing Whack a Bill...we are trying to help her deal with bills, and the emotional loss of her SO leaving...and so far, it isn't that pretty, but Jan is getting a bit better..(sort of, hard to tell really).

I don't know exactly how they got that time thing worked out, but I'm glad they did.
I wouldn't have near as many good and fun people to talk to otherwise.
I'm a night owl by nature.

I wish I could take away his pain. He has terrible shoulder pain that stops him from sleeping,
gives him night sweats, and makes him all around unhappy, and the medication isn't working.
I hope it takes it's course fast so he can get back to himself. I hate watching him suffer. It kills me. :cry:

14. His is inoperable as well.

Apparently, he has the most painful shoulder injury that a person can have. It came from a car accident years ago, and it aggravates him every now and then. It's been really bad the last two times. His is luckily not degenerative or arthritic in any way. His muscle swells up and pushes his nerves against the bone causing pain to shoot through his shoulder and down his arm. I'm just glad that it's his right shoulder. He is post MI and his left shoulder would make him too paranoid of having another heart attack. He tells me that this pain is worse than his heart attack, so I can't even imagine.

I'm sorry for your problems as well. My best gf has bone spurs in her neck. It sounds so awful. :hug:

7. Peggy! I'm getting ready to lay my little head down

My SO and I are leaving for NYC in the early, early hours on Wed. Our train leaves at 3:58 am.

We're packing and running last minute errands tomorrow. Doggie and Kitty are going to the "hotel" first thing in the morning. I wish I could stay up and play...

I love traveling on trains. The sound and slight rocking, and not having to drive (or be a back seat driver) are relaxing and you get to see the places you travel through from a different perspective than being in a car on a road. Have a good trip!
