We had a treat a few weekends ago--getting to walk on the sandy beach of the Atlantic ocean while it snowed. I have one more frame of black-and-white to shoot and then I can find out what is at the beginning of the roll.

My left hand is firmly pressed on the wrist rest. Only my fingers can move. I'm used to this. It's a bit more difficult when she's lying across both of my arms. As it is, I think my left arm might be falling asleep. But I can't disturb the kitty -- it just wouldn't be right! :rofl:

55. Car coming down the wrong side of the road towards us.

Small shoulder and a guardrail on a bridge. We flashed our lights, but we don't know if the driver was asleep or drunk. He was fully in our lane and headed towards our shoulder. We had just enough room to get by without hitting him or the guardrail. Going 55 mph -- would have been bad. My life flashed before my eyes while I was screaming my head off. :scared:

My snow day is actually a cold day, though. It is negative 2 fahrenheit with a -20 degree wind chill. Way too cold for the kids to be walking to school.

We did, however, have the snow yesterday and last night when the cold front was making it's arrival. White out conditions. :scared:
