The reason it's so vague is so that they can advertise it. It could be sugar and they could claim it gives you energy to please your partner, and they would be within the letter of the law. Then again, if you're taking the magic pills, maybe it will help boost your confidence, which will help you perform, so who knows? Placebo effect can be remarkable, if you believe.
