TWO female inmates have accused the Argao town police chief of harassment.
Senior Insp. Crisanto Duque allegedly asked the two inmates to massage his penis because it ached due to muscle spasm (panuhot).
The two women, who face separate cases of theft, did not tell anybody because they were afraid of Duque.
One of the inmates is eight months pregnant while the other is 54 years old.
Duque denied the allegation and instead blamed two policewomen for blowing up the issue. :rofl:
The incident prompted Acting Cebu Provincial Police Office Director Carmelo Valmoria to send a team to the southern Cebu town to investigate.
Municipal Councilor Mariglen Lucero-Bongcawil told reporters that the council will pass a resolution today asking the Office of the Ombudsman in Manila to look into the incident.
