Why did they leave some of the best scenes out of the "Borat" movie?

We bought the DVD yesterday and watched it. there were some priceless scenes that I saw on Youtube that weren't in the movie like:
1. Throw the Jew down the well 2. Going door to door with the Republican politician 3. Singing the Kazakstan National Anthem at the ballpark 4. Learning how to play football

What's up with that? And they weren't included in the outtakes either.
