Grrrrr, BOA Credit Card

I just received a letter from BOA changing the terms of my former MBNA card. I am a "bum" to them as I do not pay any interest fees. Now they are changing the terms to put a $1.50 finance charge if the charge is below $1.50. I want to write them to refuse this, but will I be risking my account being closed? I have a decent credit line on it right now.

1. If they stopped sending you empty bills, they woudn't have to charge

I get where they're coming from, but there's ways they could cut costs enough

2. Is there any way you can opt for paperless billing

and cut the fee?

3. I view it as not cutting costs

but raising revenue. The letter said it was because of a "change in business practices".

4. When BOA took over my MBNA acct, they moved up my due date by 2 wks

Then charged me a late fee.
I would not open an account at BOA if they matched my money dollar for dollar.
