Now. Thank you. I'm off to bed anyways.

3. The correct term is Her Higheness Queen Uppity.
I mean, really, you are being inflammatory to Gets.

4. or even better, try this...
Even if I disagree I understand and completely appreciate your openness and honesty in speaking out so on this subject which has given me a much greater appreciation and, dare I say knowledge? of the situation which we are currently discussing politely and open mindedly taking turns oh so graciously.

That would work also. I need to get some sleep.

2. Calling me a git is just focusing on 1 part of me and is a bad name anyways.
My mother said so and she knows. It is unfair to all those gits out there to lump me in with them. BE humane not biggotted.

I can't because then this will turn into a sex thread and get locked. Like "beget, worthless person, 1946, British slang, a southern variant of Scottish get, illegitimate child, brat," spawn, procreate, what is found in a safe after the dirty dead, come on, do you get it?

So, technically, an annoying git would be like an irritating homunculus carrier. Sort of. Clear?

edited for further clarity.

8. Oh, if you don't want to be one, I'll gladly take the title.
Not so bad, really. And just think of all the things you can get away with, not to mention book advances, appearances on Fox Noise, etc. Kind of a license to spew bile, really.

10. Who would be crass enough to call a female
a 'git'. Silly old gits and annoying old gits are always of the male gender. Calling a woman a 'git' just ain't proper.

11. I believe...
"git" is a contracted version of gitford and simply means The Gitfords of English root. Of course I'm tired and cranky and have no factual information on this matter.

12. The correct insult against a female is actually
"Silly Caah"

or for those of an older generation "Silly old Moo" (A. Garnet circa 1965)

Nowadays for persons of the male gender the accepted usage is now "plonker" rather than "git" although "Twonk" appears to be upcoming.

13. Sometimes it's accidental. When Mickey Dolenz of The Monkees visited England
for the first time and wrote "Randy Scouse Git," he was unaware it was a term of derision (or so he said) and the song was not released in England under that title, I believe.

Scouse is derogatory, too, someone from Liverpool or northern England? I think he is singing about his British wife in the verses of this song, but I may be making that up, too.

Randy Scouse Git
by Micky Dolenz

She's a wonderful lady
And she's mine all mine
And there doesn't seem a way
That she won't come and lose my mind.
It's too easy humming songs
To a girl in yellow dress
It's been a long time since the party
And the room is in a mess.
The four kings of E.M.I.
Are sitting stately on the floor
There are birds out on the sidewalk
And a valet at the door.
He reminds me of a penguin
With few and plastered hair,
There's talcum powder on the letter
And the birthday boy is there.

Why don't you cut your hair?
Why don't you live up there?
Why don't you do what I do,
See what I feel when I care?

Now they've darkened all the windows
And the seats are naughahyde.
I've been waiting for an hour,
I can't find a place to hide.
The being known as Wonder Girl
Is speaking I believe.
It's not easy tryin' to tell her
That I shortly have to leave.

Why don't you be like me?
Why don't you stop and see?
Why don't you hate who I hate,
Kill who I kill to be free?

SOLO

Why don't you cut your hair?
Why don't you live up there?
Why don't you do what I do,
See what I feel when I care?

(She's a wonderful lady and she's mine all mine)
Why don't you be like me? Why don't you stop and see?
(And there doesn't seem a way that she won't come and lose my mind.)
Why don't you hate who I hate, kill who I kill to be free?
(It's too easy humming songs to a girl in yellow dress)
Why don't you cut your hair? Why don't you live up there?
(It's been a long time since the party and the room is in a mess.)
Why don't you do what I do, see what I feel when I care?
