I hate the sound a cardboard box makes when the edges scrap together. It is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me.

I had a friend that could not stand the feeling of cottonballs. He even could not take the cotton out of medicine bottles it creeped him out so much.

But the sound of cardboard scrapping together just makes my skin crawl.

:D

The sound of someone brushing their teeth.

I cannot stand the feel of netting nor the sound it makes when you rub it together.

Actually, I'm saner that I thought; those are the only ones I can think of. :hi:

12. Funny thing is my own tooth brushing has no affect on me. It's when
someone else does. I have to run to the other side of the house every morning when the kids are brushing. Bleh. I'm getting all chillish thinking of it.

It's bizarre. If I was exposed to it for an hour I honestly think I would loose my sanity. I have no idea how that noise affects me so much.

8. Slugs.
I was cleaning out my starter pots last year for my basil, and a slug had crawled under the lip of the pot. I didn't know and grabbed it, and the slug was stuck to me. It makes me cringe and shudder just thinking about that god-awful sticky goo that you just can't wash off.

My wife and I were getting ready for bed. I go into the study to turn off my computer and from outside I hear what sounds like a woman moaning in pain. Goose bumps right up the back.

So I open up the front door and lo and behold a frigging cat in heat moaning.

"get out of here you dumb bastard!" I yelled.

Frigging thing scared the living shit out of me. LOL

Alarm clocks that wake me up suddenly. They scare me, make my heart race and blood pressure go up.
I've been freaked out a few times by them, but they always startle me. Phones ringing can do the same thing, at least when I had a job. I would literally jump when I heard a phone at work (it was a shitty standing up job, sales, gave me edema something awful! )

That's a really good reason to be a bum!!!
