Does anyone remember the marijuana propaganda movie

I believe it was titled marijuana killer weed she should have said no. They use to show it in tandem with reefer madness at drive ins back in the seventies. It was about a single working girl taking care of her little brother, when she fell under the spell of a dope pusher and became addicted to marijuana. Her little brother found out and committed suicide from the shame, from then on whenever she got high her little brother would appear and say "kid killer, kid killer" over and over driving the poor girl to the brink and making her commit suicide as well.

Afterwards the stern givernment propagandist came on and told everyone about the dangers of the killer weed marijuana. I'm trying to find it and I'm not sure I've got the title right. I was pretty stoned when I watched it, but so was the entire drive in.
