There is one poster who just loves to insinuate snarkiness to me. If I could just have it every now and again. It would be nice.

1. Today...for the first time I would have used that function.

2. The one person I used it on was tombstoned some time ago.

However, the only other poster I'd use it on is still here.

My personal policy is, when I don't see that I "click" with another poster, I just let it go. I don't respond to them, ever. I just let them go on their merry way. This one doesn't seem to follow the same personal policy. It's always something snarky on the silliest of posts that don't amount to anything. If you're going to start a fuss, start it on something fun, not stupid shit.

"Nuke Ignore" was a fab idea.


Public lists of those exiled though, not so much. I really think that's where the problem came in.

4. I was totally mixed on the idea.

At first, I didn't think it was so great. Then I got tired of being targeted by an certain asshole who is now dearly departed with a tombstone.

And now, I don't think my "friend" is deserving of a tombstone, I just grow tired of the snarkiness attempt to get something started. It's subtle, but I see it with other posters, too.

It's so silly. When I respond, I don't acknowledge they were being snarky. I just respond in all seriousness. Usually, it ends the exchange, but seriously, it can be distracting from the point of the OP, whether I wrote the OP or someone else did.

You've met me in person, you know I don't give off a snooty, snarky vibe at all. But somehow, I attract those kind of responses from a certain poster.
