18. Oatmeal...
although technically not low-carb, what few it does have will be washed out of your system by the massive amount of fiber. If you're not keen on the taste, then I don't know. I put SF Cinnamon Dolce syrup from Starbucks on it, but that's not available for retail sale. I bring my morning bowl to work with me, along with the packet of oats and they have boiling water and syrup.
