When was the last time you gave up the funk?

3. I have, on occasion, shaken my groove thing,...

...but I don't know that I've ever given up the funk (either my own or anyone else's.) Sadly, my groove thing has been in the shop for quite awhile now, awaiting parts for fairly major repairs, so I don't think I'll be able to shake it again for some time, if ever. I fear I will now have to content myself with little more than getting down with my bad self.

I do know, before you say it, that I have to get up to get down, but this shouldn't present any major problems.

As in, there's a whole lot of rhythm going down when Yo Mama's Big Fat Booty Band plays. I caught them in Boone, NC (their erstwhile hometown) last month, and they brought the funk and served it up hot.

10. I try to give it up on a regular basis.

The Funk needs Funkin'.If I let it build up too much,well,suffice it to say that it aint pretty.

This morning I let it loose on Madonna's Confessions on a Dancefloor - The funk just can't be held back when it's that good.
