I want to make a bumpersticker and try and sell it on Cafe Press.

What tips do you have? I mean by what type of program do you use to make something?

2. You want to use a program where you can create a png file

probably PhotoShop. Png gives the clearest line work. It's worth reading their tips. You have to poke around a bit to find the tip page.
