4. He supposedly has late-stage kidney failure...

and has had it since before 9/11. That would explain why he looks like death warmed over...except that at this point if he hadn't gotten a transplant, he'd be dead. If had gotten a transplant, he wouldn't be very hard to find as he would be in need of some heavy-duty anti-rejection meds that he'd need to come out of hiding with some frequency to obtain.

I figure he's dead, if not from that, then evidenced by his scarcity over the past 2 years.

Or on a much less likely possibility, he got his kidney transplant and the CIA is holding him at some black site so the GOP can spring "we caught OBL" just before the 2008 election. Not likely, but would you put it past these assbags? Power at all costs. That should be the GOP slogan.
