What is it with people's GUESTS???

Mini-rant:

Live in an apartment, some people's guests must think they OWN the place. :eyes:

What is it with some people? I've noticed this in my last apartment. They think simple rules are NOT for them, and they just seem to do what they want.

Case in point: they tear down the "please dispose of your cig butts" signs whenever they are here, steal the cans provided, and dump the butts all over the place.
I believe it is somebody's friends, as they only do this periodically. The regular tenants seem to "behave" and respect the place.

Geez. In my last apartment, they got quite mouthy and rude.

but I'm an asshole.

Every time they steal the signs and cans and dump the butts, put up a sign with an arrow which reads:

Please refrain from being an asshole.

3. I think you have a problem with neighbors that have asshole friends.

I bet they do the same stupid shit where they live. Some people don't really give a shit if they fuck things up. They enjoy it where you live, I'm sure they think the same way when they are home. I live on campus, I might be jaded.
