2. Very low.
I graduated from public universities with less than $10k, but then went to a private graduate school and now owe an unfathomable amount.

My student loan payments are higher than my mortgage.

7. I pay $150 a month...
And that's more than I have to pay, but I want to get rid of it.

5. Once the economy 'corrects itself' I'm going back.
Or I may take the risk and shell out big bucks. Dunno.

9. Nada.
When I went back the last time I managed to be at the right income level, and got Texas Public Education Grants for everything. I was SO lucky.

10. Zero, thanks to Mrs. V. and equity.
Who knew what owning a house could do for you? Certainly not me.

I thank Mrs. V. because it was her idea.
