3. Precisely because it IS so offensive.

I mean it STILL gets an angry reaction out of me EVERY time I see it. Like if I'm playing in the Lounge and run across it, it reminds me that even though I have the luxury of temporarily distracting myself from the desperate and dangerous direction this country is taking, that fucking fascist and his cabal of misogynistic, greedy, racist classist swine are working against the best interests of every single American - even those uneducated who love him - every single second of every single day.

But I embrace those unpleasant little reminders. They assist me in keeping my focus outside of DU, too.

In fact, I strongly considered having that image as MY avatar. But the reason I decided against it is because I thought that seeing it so often would desensitize me to the power of the image. And I didn't want that.
