Sunflowers 2007, Week #3 * * * *

Not much to report this week, the sprouts seem to have adapted to living outdoors.

It will be a while before they will provide shade.

I'm patient, so I don't mind.

Some of them seen a little wobbly, but who among us hasn't need a rock to lean on from time to time?

1. I love seeing these little green things
when we're still buried under a couple of feet of snow here. It gives me hope. :)

2. Hey ya friend
:pals:

I love seeing the green too. We're at least 6 weeks from anything going in the ground here. Mother's Day is planting time. :)

I'm putting in some sunflowers this year. You've inspired me. That, and the landlord did some major trimming of the trees so I'll have a little more sunlight.

5. I'm positive
the fracture will be a memory. The tendonitis? That will probably be chronic. Oh well, it could be so much worse.

10. My dear Ptah!
Ah.....baby sunflowers!

They are so cute, and helpless looking....

If I didn't know better, I'd say they'd never get as big and strong as they eventually do!

I love your pictures!

Thank you for making your garden part of my world......

helpless, like infants trying to find up.

They know up is close by, but can't find it every day.

13. lookin good!
I had several grow out of the rubbish pile one year because I dumped old birdseen in it (my bird doesn't do sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds). They were the little sunflowers that are only about four feet tall. Glad to see your 'children' are doing well. :hi:
