My insane friend delayed my drinking several hours
I was all ready to spend a perfect Sunday afternoon like all good Americans should: Watching televised sports on my couch with my best friends Bud and Weiser. A friend called me up and suggested that we go for a bike ride at the local lake since it's absolutely gorgeous outside. What the fuck is wrong with people? Could someone please explain the appeal of fresh air and exercise instead sports and beer?

It might take me a while to reply. I've decided to walk my dogs and grill something on my back deck. Meanwhile my TV grows cold.

1. It's a disease
I just spent an hour and a half working out when I really felt like kicking back in the sun on my deck with a frosty beverage.

2. Disturbing isn't it?
What happened to the good old days when all anyone wanted to do was kill as many of their brain cells as possible?
