Orchids! (You won't be sorry for looking . . . )

I went to an Orchid Show (I know, nerd alert) today and took a few pictures (second nerd alert). These were all live orchids, not fake.

My digital camera is a few years old but I love it.

It's an Olympus C-740 Ultra Zoom. I think they are discontinued now, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

I don't know much about orchids but I don't think they grow from bulbs - I think they are mostly epiphytes. (not positive without going searching and I'm too lazy right now)

I love the paph.
I wish I could get mine to rebloom. I get one out of 6 to bloom each year. Luckily the Chinese orchids outside bloom every spring.
