Mr. LIW just fired up the grill. It is an absolutely perfect spring evening, and we're going to grill some steaks, which we'll have with french fries and a salad consisting of fresh grape tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, and artichoke hearts.

I'm about to open a Sam Adams Honey Porter and enjoy the scent of our first cookout of the year.

Mr. LIW cooked those steaks to a perfect medium. It was a damn good meal. :D

I guess the gods can have the leftover charcoal. ;)
