The preparation IS worse than the actual event

A colonoscopy in the morning. Tonight I sleep in the bathroom--or at least with a bucket handy. My tummy isn't happy at all about any of this. And my butt just wants to get back to its nap instead of working for the rest of the night.

Being over 50 sucks pondwater.
