17. Same here. 3 hours.
Couldn't get to sleep. Woke up at 4am.

My internal clock takes a long time to reset.

2. My cats
Normally when the alarm goes off, the cats have been up for about 30 minutes, wandering across the bed and prodding Mrs. Rat and I. This morning, the cats' Tummy Clocks had not yet engaged, and they were sound asleep when the alarm went off.

4. How is your diet?
I find that to be especially important.

The worst part those damned cheesy and oh so crunchy goldfish. My daughter leaves them laying around and oh just one just one ...anyway. Chewing ice seems to appease the urge and take care of the auditory problem.

18. My toddler, that's who
That kid's sleeping patterns are bad enough as it is; last night he went to sleep at "9:30", pretty willingly, but then BOING--up at midnight and flip-flopping for an hour like a trout on the deck of a fishing boat. Finally really konked out at 4:00 or 5:00--I dunno--there's no clock in his room--and getting him up for preschool at 7:30? SSShhhhyyeaahhhhright. That was fun.

How long does it take little kids to adjust? As long as he doesn't sleep, mama don't get no sleep either, and that makes mama cranky! x(

20. Mine is. I HATE this time change.
:( The clock on my work computer wants to fast-forward ANOTHER hour (the network clock is all screwed up). I keep resetting it, and it keeps reverting to the wrong time. Maybe it's trying to tell me something. I guess if I use the computer clock, I can go home when it says 5 PM.

I want my hour back, AND I want my computer clock to stop telling me it's an hour later than it really is. :(

29. Slightly
I have a couple use-or-lose days I'm taking off today and tomorrow to acclimatize ... (well, not really for that - I'm not giving them anything). It's funny how you get into a pattern. When I was a long time traveller, I could recover from jet lag overnight. Maybe because it was an adventure, with everything constantly new, that I was hyper-adaptable.

I went out to the bar Saturday night and when I got home and tired enough to go to bed, it wasn't until 4:30 and slept straight till noon. Last night I was a little better but this is actually throwing off my meal times worse.
