I've worn a size 17 3/8, Double EE jock since I graduated from high school.
Today I went to "Jocks R Us" and was fitted by a Professional Athletic Supporter Technician (PAST).

I learned I should be wearing a 7 5/16 SINGLE E Broadband.
And ALWAYS pure organically grown cotton.
No more synthetics for me.

It's amazing.
My headaches are gone and I don't have the double vision any more.
Oh, and my limp is gone too.
