3. oh you'll get used to it!! It's a dry heat.
last summer up here in sucramento it was 118f, i could not believe it. I was born and raised in massachusetts and no matter how hot it gets here i still do not miss new england winters. Keep yourself hydrated and don't over do it and when the newspaper advises it a "Spare the air" they aren't shitting and follow their advice.

Still beats the Hell outta Texas.
We have bad humidity, and that means that it does NOT cool off at night.
In the summer you got nighttime lows of 78. If I had good sense I would move.

That would just make a huge messy puddle on the floor.........

How about a nice cold shower? :scared:

Or......as few clothes as possible?

This is, BTW, not typical March weather in SoCal!

from the heat.

Naw, I take that back. I've been stuck in an over-air conditioned building all day.

My toes are blue.

I kept walking outside to thaw out. ;)

20. I'm sure I'll be horrified
by the temperature in my apartment...if I ever get to go home.

We have central air, but refuse to use it until it's a necessity. Yesterday evening wasn't very comfortable, but by this morning, it was COLD in there! I'm sure the chill is gone now though. ;)

I do need to remember to bring a jacket to work tomorrow. I swear they set the a/c at about 65 degrees. BRRRR.
